- Check-in 4:00pm / Check-out 10 am in peak season June 21st - Labour Day, Check-out 11 am in off season
- Weekdays: Monday - Thursday / Weekends: Friday - Sunday
- All cottage rental rates are based on a 4-person occupancy
- Nightly Reservations: a deposit equalling the first night stay is due at the time of booking
- Weekly Reservations: a deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking
- Monthly Reservations: a deposit of 50% of the 1st month rent is due at the time of booking. For a stay longer than 30 days, a damage deposit of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check-in and will be released once the unit has been inspected and cleaned after check-out. Monthly reservations are available from September 22 to June 15 of the following year
- A maximum of two dogs is allowed per pet-friendly cottage. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Guests keeping a pet in their room without notifying the front desk at check-in will be charged a pet fee as well as a cleaning fee of up to $200. We do not accept cats.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, minus an administrative fee of $25.00. If cancellation is received within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, but will be held in trust for a future stay up to one year from the date of cancellation
